The Dragon Parade, Chinatown Celebrations & Fireworks

Dance, Family, Festival, Food, Music
Albert Square, Chinatown

Chinese New Year just wouldn’t be the same without the annual appearance of the city’s spectacular 175-foot dragon. Thankfully, it’s back – leading the Dragon Parade from Albert Square to Chinatown as usual, where it leaves you plenty of time to enjoy traditional lion dances, street food, two stages for Chinese dancing, music and acrobatics, a funfair and a fantastic fireworks finale.
